Ashley Adelman

Founder & Board President

Ashley Adelman received her BFA from NYU TISCH, MFA from the Actor’s Studio and is currently working towards her MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence. She is the founder of Infinite Variety Productions, which has produced work all around NY, DC, and WY. Ms. Adelman helped produce the Wyoming Theatre Festival and has produced shows all around the country as well as overseas. She is currently working on a curriculum that can bring documentary theatre into the educational system, mixing sensorial techniques, interviews and research into the lesson plan. She strongly believes that to understand our future we have to examine the past.


Jacqueline Knapp

Board Member

Jacqueline Knapp, former Associate Artistic Director of the Actors Studio, teaches for their Drama School MFA Graduate Program at Pace University. She has appeared on Broadway (DANCING AT LUGHNASA), many Off-Broadway productions, & at numerous Regional Theatres. Most notable film & TV credits include YOU DON'T KNOW JACK w/Al Pacino, BOARDWALK EMPIRE, THE BLACKLIST, THE LEFTOVERS, BLUEBLOODS, & THE DEFENDERS


Julia Lauria-Blum

Board Member

Julia Lauria-Blum earned her BA in the Visual Arts at SUNY New Paltz. After a brief career in the hospitality industry she began research on women pioneers in aviation. In 2001 she curated the WASP exhibit at the American Airpower Museum (AAM) and was a consultant on the History Channel documentary, Women Combat Pilots, The Right Stuff and later curated the Ninety-Nines Organization of Women Pilots exhibit and Women Who Brought the War Home, Women War Correspondents, WWII at the AAM. Julia is currently the archivist at the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Garden City, NY.


Carina Courtney Don

Board Member

Carina is thrilled to work with Infinite Variety Productions, previously on Eclipsed, and now on These Shining Lives! Other New York productions include This is Why I Whisper (Symphony Space, Helen Mills Theater) and Crossing Verrazano (Manhattan Theater Rep, Strawberry Festival). Other companies worked/interned for include Punchdrunk, Roundabout Theatre Company, and Richard Frankel Productions. New York University graduate. Thanks to IVP for the amazing opportunity


Kaitlyn Huczko

Board Member

KAITLYN HUCZKO is an actor from Brooklyn with a BA in Theatre from Muhlenberg College and MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School. Favorite credits include A Piece of My Heart (IVP Wyoming tour), Electra (Theatre Row), Life is A Dream (Prospect Park Music Pagoda), Dismissing Robert Fink (Manhattan Rep), and Staged Reading (Dorothy Strelsin Theater).


Colleen Brit

Board Member

Colleen received her BFA in Musical Theatre from University of Florida and received her MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School. Colleen is an associate member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.Colleen has directed many new works in NYC, Dead Bullies (NYU) Slipping on Black Ice (The Hudson Guild Theatre) If Stars are Lit (Actors Studio play Festival), Claire’s Room (NYC Fringe Festival and Abingdon Theatre Company) and other work includes co-directing Autobahn (Williamstown Theatre Festival Apprentice Program).


Kate Szekely

Resident Actor & Producer

Kate Szekely received her BFA from NYU Tisch and their partnership with the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She is also an 800-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. Whether it is onstage or on a yoga mat, it is her utmost goal to contribute to the happiness and freedom for all. Kate has performed off-Broadway, off-off-Broadway, and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In addition to teaching yoga at studios in the NY/NJ area and for NYU Varsity Athletics, she also teaches interdisciplinary training (Hatha Yoga & Acting) in intimate salon formats and in conferences, including the Florida State Thespian Festival.


Niki Hatzidis

Resident Actor, Director of Outreach & Education

Niki Hatzidis is an award nominated playwright and actor. Niki appeared as Mary Hardy (Masha) in Steel Birds, an adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s Three Sisters that she co-wrote, that went on to be nominated for two NYIT awards. She is a writer and producer of The Beautiful Work Challenge podcast by Catalysta, and writer and performer featured on the sketch comedy podcast Standby by DimlyWit Productions. Her short plays An Almost, Breakups and Cronuts, Ariathne, Poison and Wine, The Gopher Method, and The C Word have been produced by theater companies in NYC. She is a graduate of the Guildford School of Acting in England. Using her past experience in teaching, Niki is a co-curator and facilitator of IVP’s workshop curriculum.


Caroline Peters

Resident Actor

Caroline has been performing since she was old enough to talk. She excelled in Clogging and Irish Step Dancing for fifteen years; winning numerous National Championships with her reputable dance team, The Southern Belles. After graduating high school she moved to New York City and trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She graduated in 2015. Her favorite role at the Academy was playing Mary in Mary of Scotland. Shortly after graduating, Caroline discovered her
passion for creating theater based on historic events. Her proudest accomplishment is being a co-writer of the new documentary theatre piece, In Their Footsteps; in which she also played the part of Judy at three different Off-Broadway theaters, and overseas at the world renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2018


Andrew Dunn

Resident Actor & Set Designer

Andrew received his BA in Theater and Speech Communication from Siena Heights University in 2009 and his MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School in 2012. He has recently built set pieces for IVP shows including These Shining Lives, Beyond the Etchings, and In Their Footsteps, and has acted in Beyond the Etchings and These Shining Lives.
